Already overpriced stuff, still expensive after discount...... A single port USB car charger for 12USD? Anker dual 2.4A just sells for 7.99USD on Amazon with no tax, WTF is blackberry thinking?

2. Mxyzptlk unregistered

That's the problem, they aren't thinking. They think BlackBerry = charge ridiculous price for our products because we are still living in the past.

Wow, if only the 40% also applied to price of their phones! I'd be ordering a Passport Silver Edition tomorrow...

Yeah. I though I read somewhere that the online store was honoring the deals as well. Let me see if I can find it, not that it makes much of a difference now, mind you, lol.

Nice to see their accessories on sale. Keep it up, BlackBerry. Too many whiners on this site complaining about pricing and they have no intention of buying, especially since they do not own BlackBerry devices. If you don't own the device for said accessories, and don't plan on owning it, why complain? Somebody call the waaaambulance for these babies.

Uhhh, so saying their accessories are over priced is whining? What world do you live in, the price of their phone are fine right now, but the accessories, meh, just a pile of crap, better to just buy other branded accessories for the phone.

Overpriced for who? You? Because I can afford them, easily.

Lol, pretty much everyone can afford it, overpriced doesn't mean not affordable, but priced relatively high by taking the brand, it's function and it's competition into consideration. It is priced very high for the function it provides, and I don't think people will blackberry car charger can be used to show off (unlike vertu or some s**t), it's just over priced. I am saying this again, the phones are priced nicely right now, but not so much for the accessories, especially the car charger.

It's not overpriced to me. That's my opinion. Just like it's your "opinion" that it is. You should make the notation next time. The accessories function pretty much like every other accessory that's similar to it. I can list accessories from every brand, that are pretty much the same in price. Shouldn't those be "overpriced" as well, by your logic? And I think it makes no sense to complain about something you have no intention of buying. Why waste the time?

Yeah sure, if that your opinion, 20USD is perfectly ok to charge the customer for a car USB charger. No wonder people don't buy blackberry anymore. May God save the blackberry.

Hope you're saying that about a lot of other OEM's that are out there. I can name a few that are in pretty bad shape.

The car charger shown in the pic here is not the same car charger when you click on the link. The car charger shown when you clink the link has rapid-charging capabilities and has an extra USB port so you can charge two devices at the same time. I'd say it's worth the price.

- Samsung OEM car charger: $30USD - HTC OEM car charger: $25USD - Apple OEM car charger: N/A but the ones on their website span from $25-110USD - OnePlus OEM car charger: $30USD Note: these are all prices from the manufacturer, not from third party sites.

Thank you. I tried explaining to him that the prices were inline with some other OEM's, but my words fell on deaf ears. And Apple charging $110USD for a car charger?! But I bet he'll say (along with at least one other person here commenting) the price is justified because it's Apple.

37. Mxyzptlk unregistered

No one said it was ok. Stop deflecting because we are talking about blackberry.

I'm not deflecting. YOU are deflecting from the fact that comment #30 proved my point. Stop TROLLING because we're talking about BlackBerry. And stop being so bumburned because Apple can get idiots like you to pay $110 for a car charger.

43. Mxyzptlk unregistered

I wasn't talking to you, but I don't mind putting you in your place again. First of all you twit, I wouldn't pay anything more than $20 for a car charger. Actually, the lightning one I have was only about $10 and has lasted me so far. Don't get your panties in a twist just because I spoke the truth about the overpriced accesorries. Get over it and stop deflecting.

I don't care who you were talking to. I responded. If you don't like getting schooled by me, then quit it with your incessant trolling. And if you buy Apple products, you have already shown that you're an idiot with a willingness to purchase overpriced products, so cut the BS. You've no leg to stand on when talking about overpriced products, so remove the brown-streaked tighty whities from your sore bum and MTFO.

51. Mxyzptlk unregistered

Do you see how dumb you sound? You want to talk about overpriced products, just look at the Priv or anything blackberry slaps their name on. The point was that no one said it was ok to overpay for OEM accessories but you're deflecting because it's about blackberry and that just infuriates you.

Do YOU see how dumb YOU sound? There is no way you can justifiably talk about anything being overpriced when you buy whatever overpriced crap Apple throws out there. Apple could spray paint a turd gold and charge $900 for it and you'd buy it. As I said, toy have no leg to stand on here. The only reason why you're saying its overpriced is because it's BlackBerry, and for whatever reason, you just can't help but troll BlackBerry. If this were Apple, you'd be licking Tim Cook's boot heals and thanking him for a $110 car charger. Take your biased BS elsewhere.

62. Mxyzptlk unregistered

Lol, you're definitely butthurt now. I'm done roasting you. I stand correct with my previous comment.

Says the bumburned troll that whines like a little btch on every BlackBerry and Samsung article, and then plays the victim when he gets called out for it. Lmao! Use aloe and a cool damp cloth for the bumburn.

Agree Mxyzptlk For $20, I could get a real good charger WITH QUALCOM QUICK CHARGE 3.0. Not some LOW SPECS, LOW QUALITY BB car charger.

64. Mxyzptlk unregistered

Agreed. There's several good ones on Amazon that are much cheaper.
