T-Mobile president and CEO John Legere announced today via YouTube, that it is partnering with non-profit organization Ashoka to present the T-Mobile Changemaker Challenge. The promotion, inspired by the recent March for Our Lives, involved teams of two or more people with an innovative, sustainable idea that will change their world for good. The project could already be in motion, or just getting off the ground, and team members must be 13 to 23-years old to enter.

Applications to join the Changemaker Challenge can be submitted starting today through May 31st. On June 18th, 25 teams will be selected to make the trip to Seattle for a two-day Changemaker Lab hosted by T-Mobile and Ashoka. The top 25 will also receive seed funding, ongoing mentorship and skills development from John Legere and the rest of the T-Mobile leadership. One of the projects will be selected by Legere for some one-on-one mentorship with the man who turned T-Mobile into the most innovative and fastest growing wireless carrier in the states.

To sign up for the Changemaker Challenge, click on the sourcelink and tap on the green box that says, "Add your idea." And if you are serious about entering the challenge, you should watch the video made by John Legere. Simply click on the video at the top of the story.
