Sprint planogram calls Samsung Galaxy Note 7 "big, bold, beautiful," reveals several features

Sprint planogram calls Samsung Galaxy Note 7
Earlier today, we told you what was written inside an internal memo sent from Verizon to its reps. Among other things, the note told us to expect the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 to be available inside Verizon stores on August 19th. This afternoon, another tip has come our way. Once again, it involves the Samsung Galaxy Note 7. This time, the tip appears to be coming from Sprint's camp.

The picture that accompanies this article is a planogram, and it helps indicate where a product goes on the shelves inside a store in order to boost sales. The card for the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 notes (no pun intended) that the unit will have the following features:
  • Most powerful and precise S Pen yet
  • Water-resistant-just wipe off spills and splashes
  • Fast autofocus for clear photos, even in lowlight
  • Brilliant dual-edge Super AMOLED display
  • 64GB internal memory, plus up to 256GB with microSD card

The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 will be unveiled tomorrow in New York City with pre-orders set to begin August 3rd.

Thanks for the tip!

32GB on my Note5 was pretty rough. Considering the size of all of the Samsung and carrier bloatware, 32GB isn't enough for a Note device these days. Ever since switching to the iPhone 6S Plus 64GB, I've definitely come to appreciate the storage headroom.

You would have gotten some thumbs up, had you mot mentioned your 64GB device was an iPhone smh. plus one from me though because you are right, switching from 32GB to 64GB is a bigger deal than people think, the extra storage is very much appreciated by those who have.

Agreed. Was on a 32GB Note 5 as well, but the international model, which was free of bloatware, and still had some trouble. Have since moved to a 32GB S7 + 32GB microSD and can now load tons of things: old pictures, movies and TV episodes, etc.

Plus the ability to use microSD cards should help as well!

I love what I see but I'm going to wait and see what the new Nexus offers. I am disappointed there is no 6gb of ram but I love the waterproof feature. Ivery had every note from 2 on so my guess is ill get the Note 7 unless Nexus steps up their game bigtime.

Is this your first Note?? I've had a new Note every year since the Note 2. Do the math, 4 Notes in total. In fact 5 notes if you count that I got 2 Note 5s (for Verizon and at&t) this year. I don't use the s-pen as much as others. If I use it once a month it's a lot. I'm tired of the bloated re. I want a clean, pure android experience but I don't want to sacrifice the phones hardware. So I don't mind paying extra for top notch features on a phone, but just like most, I don't use every feature. I'm sure if I get the Note 7, there will be features I won't use ie iris scanner. But then there will be other features that I can't wait to try like the ip68. I'might going to try and take underwater pics with that but it stinks it can only go 5ft...

on #6 you said "Ivery had every note from 2 on" while on #14 I can see u dont have Note Edge, lol... oh well, [troll mode off] I've use note3, note4 and use S-pen at daily basis for taking note and drawing sketch (its my work afterall, lol) and then I realize that I wasting my precious free time for work on that phone, and I buy S6edge (and later exchanged to S6e+) and I start to miss s-pen extra features, but I can still live without it.. I skip note5 and S7 to wait for some big change on note7.. if it really use SD821 and 4GB RAM (which is not much upgrade IMO), I'll wait for S8edge (for 10nm processor, new design, and other stuff)

Why don't they advertise upto 2TB microSD card support? Idiot reviewers say that LG flagships offer more microSD expansion because LG actually states 2TB microSD support and Samsung doesn't. While the truth is that almost every 2013 or above flagship supports upto 2TB cards if it has a slot.

because it doesnt exist, yet.. and to prevent clueless customer wasting their time to search 2TB card, and buy it online only to get scammed, lol.. last year some manufacturer write up to 200GB, because thats the biggest microSD size at that time..

64GB is great, but will it be UFS 2.0? The iFone 6s+ was 2X to 3X faster in sequential read/write than the S7. http://www.anandtech.com/show/10120/the-samsung-galaxy-s7-review/3

nope, random write is more important ,the s7 has better overall than 6s,the note 7 is going to use UFS 2.0 Generation 4 2-Lane up to 1.2 gb read and 512 mb write.

Sorry if is unrelated but I wish they change the home button/fingerprint scanner. Only complaint I have about my GS7 Edge really. Have had an iPhone 6S and Nexus 5X and out of the three it's easily the worst in detecting my fingerprints. Yes, I even tried scanning my thumbs and pointing fingers in different angles.
