Sprint subscribers will now be rewarded thanks to the My Sprint Rewards app
Sprint announced today a new rewards program called "My Sprint Rewards." Similar to reward programs from T-Mobile and Verizon, Sprint subscribers will need to download an app to join. The My Sprint Rewards app is now available in the App Store and Google Play Store. Sprint will be offering its customers exclusive deals from companies such as theater chain AMC, wholesale membership retailer Sam's Club, shopping delivery service Shipt, and financial firm H&R Block. Customers can also receive Cash Back Rewards amounting to 3% to 20% of select purchases.

If you are a Sprint subscriber, simply install the app on your iOS or Android device. Enter the phone number that is attached to your Sprint account. You will receive a text message with a four-digit PIN. Enter that PIN number along with your name, email address and zip code. And that's it.
T-Mobile's proposed merger with Sprint is still awaiting FCC approval. With the U.S. government currently shutdown, the agency's review of the deal has been temporarily halted.
