Sony releases new Xperia Football 2018 Theme for soccer fans

Sony releases new themes for Xperia devices from time to time, and what better opportunity to launch a new one if not while 2018 World Cup is in full swing. If you're a soccer fan and own an Xperia device, you can now download Sony's new Xperia Football 2018 Theme that's just been released in the Google Play Store.

The new theme will add football icons to your device, thus replacing the default ones. Also, the lock screen will include a circle in the center showing the animated flags of all 32 countries that qualified at the 2018 World Cup.

Of course, the theme is available for free and should be fully compatible with just about any Xperia device that runs Android 5.0 and above. Aside from the new icons and the animated flags, the theme may include new action and status bars, folder icons, navigation buttons, color schemes and wallpaper.

It's also worth mentioning that depending on what version of Android your Xperia device runs, the theme may look slightly different than what you're seeing in the Google Play Store.
