Shoppers can get a quick view of customer ratings on Sprint phones
If you've shopped around in the last few months for a Sprint phone, you're probably checking out different reviews to make sure you choose the right one. Sprint's web site showcases all their current devices so customers can check out the features and specifications of each. Recently, shoppers looking to get a first hand opinion can get it directly on Sprint's web site. There's a quick view that will display the rating of each device so shoppers can make an informed decision on their purchase. You can write up a review on a device – even to the extent uploading your own photos and movies. So what's the highest rated device offered you ask? Surprisingly it's not even a phone, but a tie between two different mobile broadband cards coming in at 5 out of 5 stars with the MiFi in second with a rating of 4.8. This will empower people out there to voice their opinions so that shoppers on the prowl can either take or leave it.

Anybody know how many of these "customer reviews" are actually customer reviews? I wonder how many come from the actual carrier just trying to up their sales?? Just a thought...

well to be fair, the reviews aren't as high as they would be if sprint were writing them.

Dude, I think EVERY major corporation with a website selling products has this. So VZW and everyone else probably copied Circuit City.com as I believe they were the very first to introduce customer reviews for products, even before Amazon.

Like VZW copied branded nav, tv, radio, unlimited plans under $100 and the HTC lineup

Verizon was planning this before Sprint. Sprint just happened to beat VZW to the kick-off. So shut it.
