Samsung Unpacked app receives update pertaining to Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ unveiling event

The Samsung Unpacked 2017 app has been updated in the Google Play Store. With a proper invitation code, the app will produce a QR code that will allow you to view in person the New York City or London events where the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8+ will be introduced. If you can't make it to either location, the app will be streaming the festivities live on March 29th.

Right now, the app carries a countdown timer ticking down toward the big day. It also will show you some of the recent videos teasers that Samsung has already released in order to get your smartphone juices flowing.

The app is free to install and obviously has limited functionality right now. Starting on March 29th, just a week away, the Unlocked 2017 app will give you a front row seat as the eagerly awaited Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8+ become official.

Absolutely not. Pokémon Go is a joke to the series.

Hmm I wish Samsung would make a good Windows 10 mobile smart phone like the nice HP elite X3.
