Samsung Galaxy Note 8 makes a quick appearance on Samsung's U.S. website

This coming Wednesday, we will see the introduction of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Just the other day, Sammy's U.S. website jumped the gun by accidentally posting the U.S. unlocked version of the high-end phablet. The model number, SM-950UZKAXAA, fits in with the stateside unlocked version of the Samsung Galaxy S8. The listing has been since taken down and can no longer be found on the website.

There really isn't much that we can take away from this brief appearance except that 64GB of native storage will indeed be found on the base model of the Galaxy Note 8. And it also suggests that the unlocked U.S. model will ship at the same time as the units locked to U.S. carriers. With the Samsung Galaxy S8, the U.S. carrier versions shipped a month before the unlocked U.S. model was delivered.

Unfortunately, pricing was not discovered on the leak. But with the Galaxy Note 8 getting officially introduced in just three days, before you know it we will be passing along to you everything you want to know about this eagerly awaited high-end phablet. And we could see some more leaks between now and then, so make sure to check in often!

Not as crap as your English. Samsung phones actually have good battery life.

Be interesting see how this turns out. Don't do preorders on nothing anymore. Want to see what the next crop of phones offer but still might wait till next year.

Screw preorders...Carriers have been quick to practically GIVE AWAY flagship phones over the last couple years, so the concept is insane. We all know that once carriers get a hold of this device, the average consumer will have paid only %75 percent of the sticker price for it (brand new) by 'Black Friday,' and more than HALF the MSRP the following Spring. Besides, regardless of how pretty it looks, the shelf-life is only gonna be 2 years +/- for any phone, so there really is no need to be in a hurry for this one, either.

Unless there's another way to pay for a phone that I'm unaware of (outright, 2 year contract price or installment plan), your math is wrong. $35-$45 installment plan: $105/$135 after 3 months, $210/$270 after 6 months. None of those figures add up to 75% after 3 months & 50% after 6. Even if you meant 25% after 3 months, you're still off.

He's claiming the price will drop too those levels in those time frames.

I'll put it in Layman's Terms, then... The s7 Edge was once (on-contract) roughly $790 USD, right? Now, it's lowest is $300 on-contract... The point is that, phones get old, and cheap. Really fast. The Note 8 is no exception to the rule. It's smarter to wait if nearly all Android phones are susceptible to the wear and tear of degraded performance. Of course, the price will never change after you seal the deal with a contract, but that doesn't mean there's a law against waiting before purchasing a top-tier flagship phone.

Just bring QC4+ . Huawei charges %90 in 30 minutes. Samsung is still using qc3

Samsung technically doesn't use quick charge. It's a Qualcomm thing, Samsung has their own adaptive fast charging for Exynos and keeps the charge speed the same on their Snapdragon versions.

Takes phones without fast charging longer from dead to full.

The lag will be surreal...lol The looks don't matter anymore if it is overpriced and under performing. I reckon lot of idiots now a days just go for the looks rather than the overall package, what a shame, just like females do. Oh wait, females tend to buy the iPhone no matter what...

"I reckon lot of idiots now a days just go for the looks rather than the overall package, what a shame, just like females do. Oh wait, females tend to buy the iPhone no matter what..." So you're saying you're a female? It all makes sense now.

I've used the Note phones, and will likely get this one despite not liking the edge display, because NO PHONE can match the overall package that is the Note.
