Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Winter Edition (with 128 GB of storage space) launches in Korea
Back in August, when Samsung released the Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 edge+, it surprised us by not introducing 128 GB versions of them - since the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge (launched in March) both have such variants. Well, the Note 5 now finally has a version with 128 GB of internal memory, though you'll have to go to South Korea to get it.

Called Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Winter Edition, the 128 GB Note 5 should be available to buy starting today via SK Telecom and KT (oleh), South Korea's largest mobile operators. The handset is offered in gold platinum and silver titanium (which, according to Samsung, are two of the most popular Note 5 colors), at the "special price" of 999,900 KRW (about $846). Save for the increased memory capacity, the Galaxy Note 5 Winter Edition doesn't seem to be different from the 32 GB and 64 GB variants.

Samsung didn't say if it's planning to release the Galaxy Note 5 128 GB in other markets, but we'll let you know if we hear anything about this.
