Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 DUOS leaks with dual-SIM

Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 DUOS leaks with dual-SIM
Yesterday, we saw a leaked image of the Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 DUOS, and today it's time for the ever-so-slightly smaller version of the same device to make an appearance. The Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 DUOS has posed for the camera with all of its dual-SIM fun, and lower-tier specs.

As we know, the Galaxy Mega devices are planned to fit into the same space as the Galaxy Tab devices - the lower-end companions to the high-end Galaxy Note devices. As such, the Galaxy Mega 5.8 DUOS will have a 5.8" display (of course) at a resolution of just 960 x 540, a 1.7GHz dual-core processor which is expected to be an Exynos 5 chipset, as well as an 8MP rear camera, and 2MP front camera. It is expected to be running Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean at launch.

So, if you are in the need of a dual-SIM phone/phablet that isn't quite as enormous as the Mega 6.3, and also doesn't hit the mark of an HD display, the Mega 5.8 might be what you're looking for.

people are always complaining about htc and too many flagships in one year... samsung is getting ridciulous, with this same design (plastic) phone in every size known to mankind. what's next, going to a samsung booth, have them measure your hand, and they give you a phone that's "your size" like a shoe?

Their current design is metal bezel with a plastic back plate. I would bet money on their next design scheme being full metal and either steel or alumnium.

They already learned their lessons for choosing a plastic body. Why would they go for plastic again ?

I agree same old boring design. Ive own every galaxy since the Vibrant to S4, I also own the Note 8.0 and I just saw the galaxy tab 3 it looks just like mine except the spects. but look at LG with the phablet identical to Note 2. Still I am a happy with their products just change the design future.

Yes, this is already available in India. I think Sammy first launched it for Asia and now launching it internationally.
