Samsung Galaxy A7 can be bought in the US via Amazon
Available in other parts of the world since earlier this year, the Samsung Galaxy A7 can now also be bought in the US. While the handset hasn't been officially released by Samsung in North America, you can order it from Amazon for as low as $442.43 (free shipping included).

In case you didn't know, the Galaxy A7 is Samsung's thinnest smartphone to date, measuring 151 x 76.2 x 6.3 mm. The handset sports a 5.5-inch display with 1080 x 1920 pixels, and has an octa-core Exynos 5430 processor inside, being the larger and more powerful brother of the Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A3. Other features: 5 MP front-facing camera, 13 MP rear camera, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of expandable internal memory, and a 2600 mAh battery. The A7 was launched running Android KitKat, but it's now being updated to Lollipop. For a closer look at the device, check out our Samsung Galaxy A7 hands-on.

At the moment, there aren't too many Galaxy A7 units in stock at Amazon (see the source link below), but we assume more will arrive soon. It's worth mentioning that the A7 that Amazon is selling doesn't feature LTE, but offers HSDPA (compatible with AT&T and T-Mobile) and dual SIM capabilities. So, is anyone in the US planning to buy this Samsung smartphone?
