Russian consumers will have to pay 36,990 rubles for the Samsung Galaxy Tab
Another day, another country is getting ready to sell the Samsung Galaxy Tab, but as we've been witnessing countless times, its price is somewhat a tad too much for people to hold down.

The realization that the Samsung Galaxy Tab will be a premium option is further confirmed with Russia's pricing for the highly prized Android powered tablet. Samsung Russia confirmed today that it'll begin to go on sale in the mother land of Russia stating today, for the price of 36,990 rubles ($1,228). We know what you're all thinking, even though the pricing is for an unlocked version of the tablet. Jaws might instantly drop to the floor knowing that it's going to require some people to throw in a substantial investment to pick one up, but it's still anyone's guess as to how the US carriers will end up pricing their specific models.

So don't be too surprised to see the other Samsung Galaxy Tab models to follow accordingly to the price structures we've seen thus far.
