Picture of HTC Holiday shows unit running on AT&T's LTE pipeline
So just how fast is AT&T's LTE network? The carrier is still building out its LTE pipeline, but a picture of the HTC Holiday using the SpeedTest.Net app shows that the phone is running at a download speed of 29Mbps with a 6.43Mbps upload speed. As we reported, the HTC Holiday is expected to be AT&T's first LTE enabled phone with a possible launch coming later this month (more on that later).

The device is certainly chock full of high-end specs starting with the 4.5 inch qHD display and the 1.2GHz dual-core processor under the hood, along with 1GB of memory. Two cameras grace the unit, one in the back and one in the front weighing in at 8MP and 1.3MP respectively. Android 2.3.4 will be installed on the phone out of the box, with HTC Sense 3.0 running on top.

No pricing or launch date has been released by AT&T, although a recent comparison chart in the Sprint Playbook, as we informed you, hinted that the unit would launch at roughly the same time as Sprint's Samsung Epic 4G Touch, which is later this month.
