Phablet fashion: Samsung teams with Swarovski for crystal-studded Note 3 covers and bracelets

What's a girl to do so that the 5.7" Note 3 she craves look more, ahem, lady-like? Why, add some Swarovski, of course. Swarovski crystals-studded Note 3 covers are now an official accessory from Samsung, but they will cost ya.

Exclusive for the Mercedes-Benz Fashion in New York, Samsung and Swarovski have partnered for a line of phablet bling that includes said covers in three colors - Jet Black, a custom blend of Crystal Bermuda Blue and Crystal Metallic Light Gold, and Crystal Metallic Silver - but also a studded bracelet to go along with those.

At Samsung, we embrace the creativity of fashion and enable it through our technology. Together with Swarovski, we’re celebrating that creativity with a specially-designed backstage lounge and a limited-edition custom cover for one of our latest smartphones during this season’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. The gorgeous, Swarovski crystal-covered cover adds a glamorous touch to the beautifully designed Galaxy Note 3 to make it the must-have device this MBFW.

The general public can also get their mitts on the bracelet and cover set, which will be available in Swarovski's retail store at 696 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan for a limited time, and will cost the hearty $299.
