Palm to unveil low-end device - Treo 680
Palm CEO Ed Colligan has confirmed that the company will soon reveal more info about a low-end Treo device. It is expected that this is the successor of the 650 - Treo 680, also known as the Nitro. It is a GSM phone with very similar design to the recently announced 750v. Yet, it looks like the similarities end there as it is said that the 680 has no 3G, no infra-red, runs on Palm OS and the camera is a VGA one. It will have 64MB of RAM, which is maybe the only good news about this device for now.
