Official OS upgrade for T-Mobile's BlackBerry Pearl 8120

Big news for T-Mobile customers with the BlackBerry Pearl 8120. On the carrier's web site is a link that will allow you to upgrade the OS of your device to version 4.5. This upgrade will add a number of new features to your handset like support for video/music streaming which will allow you to access the mobile YouTube web site, a new start page for the browser, myFaves 1.5, GSM/EDGE toggle, and HTML email for BIS accounts, to name a few. The upgrade will also fix some bugs, mostly relating to the myFaves icon and activity log, as well as allowing the device to catch Java exception errors when certain audio files are downloaded. It is a day that Pearl 8120 owners thought would never come, but it is here and just waiting for you to download. Let us know how you feel about the improvements to your phone.
