Nubia Z11 Mini S teaser points to October 17 reveal

Chinese brand Nubia is expected to unveil another Android smartphone later this month. The company recently sent invitations for a launch event that will take place on October 17. This is the third Chinese handset maker that plans to announce a new device this month, after Huawei and Oppo confirmed their events as well.

The teaser published by Nubia does not contain any additional information on what device the company plans to announce on October 17, but rumors suggest the Z11 Mini S could be unveiled next week.

Unfortunately, aside from that fact that it will likely pack a dual camera setup, we know nothing about Nubia's Z11 Mini successor. The original model that was launched back in May is a solid mid-end smartphone, but it doesn't stand out from other devices in the same range. The Z11 Mini successor could solve that problem with the addition of a dual camera setup on the back, so let's just hope the rumors are true.

If you happen to be a Nubia fan, the next couple of days will probably pass slower than usual, but we're now less than a week away from the announcement. Here is hoping that the next smartphone coming from the Chinese company is well worth the wait.
