Motorola launches Moto Z Market app, so you can order Moto Mods on your Android phone

Motorola wants to make it easier for customers to purchase Moto Mods for their smartphones, including ordering these accessories on their handsets. The new Moto Z Market application for Android does just that by allowing Motorola smartphone owners to order Moto Mods compatible with their device.

Apparently, the application only works in the United States, so you might not be able to order Moto Mods if you're located in another country. Obviously, you won't be able to install Moto Z Market on smartphones other than Motorola's.

If you don't live in the United States, the application can be used purely for informative reasons since you can't order any Moto Mods. Moto Z Market contains all the information you need to decide what Moto Mods you need for your Motorola smartphone.

Sadly, Moto Z Market app is pretty useless for anyone other than Motorola smartphone users in the United States. It's unclear whether or not Motorola will allow customers in other countries to order Moto Mods using this app.

The app is also mostly useless for users of the Z in the US since aside from the pointless style shells Motorola failed to hold up to their promises of realising tons of (12 per year+) mods. They were offering $1,000,000 cash to the best mod idea (that was built) but either never inspired submissions or failed to take the ideas and release them.
