Montblanc slips, posts 'luxury leather covers for the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge'
Samsung and luxury accessories maker Montblanc will be in cahoots again, this time on the Galaxy S6 project, it seems. The premium case maker did a stint with gorgeous but expensive Note 4 and Note Edge cases, and now it jumped the gun prematurely with a "New Luxury Leather Covers for the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge" puff piece on its official website.
The page has been subsequently taken down, but it still lives in Google's caching servers, allowing us to, first, get an official confirmation about the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge naming scheme, and, second, to see the general shape and form of the devices from the leaked case pictures.
There will be a fairly grand camera unit on the back indeed, just as depicted in the leaks so far, accompanied by the heart rate biometric sensor and LED flash on the right of the cam module. Those two make for a huge cutout in the official Montblanc leather or hard shell cases. Check them out in the slideshow below.
