Lenovo confirms Android 7.0 Nougat global rollout for Moto G4 Play starts in June
The Moto G4 series is the next to get Android 7.0 Nougat update if we are to believe the latest reports. The Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus were the first to receive the update at the end of last year, but only in India.

Last month, Motorola pushed the update to the Moto G4 Plus in the United States. However, there's one more Moto G4 smartphone that hasn't been upgraded to Nougat yet.

The Moto G4 Play seems to be the last of the Moto G4 series to get the update. Lenovo recently confirmed the smartphone won't receive any Android 7.0 Nougat updates until June.

On the bright side, the rollout will commence globally, so Android 7.0 Nougat could arrive in multiple markets at the same time.

The Moto G4 Play was released last August, so there's a small chance Motorola will provide users with another major update, Android O. Anyway, until we get more info on the not yet released version of Android, let's see how the Nougat rollout for the Moto G4 Play turns out.
