HTC has just released its first Android 7.0 Nougat smartphone, the Sprint-exclusive Bolt, but it is now focusing on bringing as many of its devices to the latest version of Android.

The first to be gifted the Nougat update is the HTC 10. According to reputable HTC leakster LlabTooFeR, December is likely to be the month HTC 10 users in Europe might get the update.

In order to prove that HTC has done great progress with Android 7.0 Nougat and will soon be able to release a stable build, the said leaker published several screenshots. You can check them all out below in the gallery, but before that we'd like to highlight the fact that HTC maintained a clean, nearly raw Android experience.

The Nougat update will bring tons of new features to the HTC 10, but from what we can see in these screenshots, only some minor visual changes have been implemented. Some shortcuts and the lockscreen have been changed a little bit, as well as the clock and weather widget.

HTC 10 will certainly not be the only smartphone launched by the Taiwanese company to receive the Android 7.0 Nougat update. In fact, another HTC smartphone that could receive the Nougat update soon is the One M9.

According to the same leaker, HTC One M9 should receive the update in late December or sometime in January. Ready your phone HTC fans, as the next few months will pretty exciting.
