LG Stylo 4 (Q Stylus) launches on Cricket Wireless - large phone, accessible price
Cricket Wireless, AT&T's main prepaid brand, announced the upcoming release of a new smartphone made by LG. Called LG Stylo 4, the handset is a US variant of the LG Q Stylus (officially unveiled in early June).

Cricket will sell the LG Stylo 4 beginning tomorrow, June 29, for $229.99. That's not a bad price for what the phone has to offer, starting with a large 6.2-inch, 1080 x 2160 pixels display, and a stylus pen with various dedicated apps: Pen Pop, Gif Capture, Screen-off Memo, and others.

Running Android 8 Oreo, the Stylo 4 further features an octa-core Snapdragon 450 processor, 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of expandable storage space, fingerprint scanner, a 13 MP rear camera, and a 5 MP front-facing camera. The handset also packs a 3300 mAh battery with fast charging.

The LG Stylo 4 will be available at Cricket in two colors: black and metallic lavender. Interestingly, last week, the new smartphone was released by T-Mobile's MetroPCS, but in a variant with just 2 GB of RAM. On the plus side, MetroPCS currently asks only $179 for its Stylo 4. Do you plan to buy this new LG handset anytime soon (either from Cricket Wireless, or MetroPCS)?

Yup. I'm going to grab a Stylo 4 as soon as we're back from vacation. I gave my Stylo 3 Plus to my daughter and am using my HTC 10 on MetroPCS. For some reason the reception isn't as good on the 10 vs the Stylo 3 Plus and it's REALLY getting on my nerves. So I'll be a Stylo 4 user pretty soon, I'm pretty sure I'm going to be moving onto a G7 in the next couple months though. I think it's back to being a flagship user, after a decade of using Flagships I used a Stylo 3 Plus as my primary for 6 months and it worked great. Only issue was it's sub-flagship camera experience, and it's slight lag due to the slower processor. But other than that the Stylo 3 Plus was awesome.

I have the stylo 4 and this phone is AWESOME and the screen is beatiful. It does the same thing that the note did. I only paid a total of 205 dollars. Which was so worth it

I've been using the Stylo 2+ for 2 yrs now, it's been a very dependable phone. The only limitation for me was only 16gig rom, now Stylo 4 will have 32 it should serve rather well. Flagship phones are great if you have the money. But if you consider the costs for replacements might not be the best choice for ppl that tend to damage/drop/sit on, ect.... Sure my little Stylo might not be the fastest, best photo taker, ect.... But all in all it's a frigging phone first and I use it as such. LG phones have always been great for me, I really like the underdog Korean phone maker, their mil ratings and longer warranty show they are trying harder than most!
