LG has just released a video that points to an upcoming announcement of a new smartphone. Although the South Korean handset maker doesn't name the device that will be announced on July 11, we already know it's the LG Q6 aka LG G6 mini.

Another hint that LG will be launching the LG Q6 in just a few days can be found in the description of the video teaser: “A full, exQuisite view is what you need. Q-rious? July 11th. Coming soon.

So, if you're Q-rious about the LG Q6, then, by all means, stay tuned for the July 11 reveal. The smartphone will feature the same “Full Vision” (18:9 aspect ratio) display that debuted on the LG G6 model, but it will be smaller.

Reports claim LG Q6 should feature a 5.4-inch full HD (1080p) display, as well as a 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor and 3GB RAM. Other highlights of the phone that we've learned about include a 13-megapixel primary camera and Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system.

The smartphone was recently spotted in a benchmark's database with model number LG-M700. It's expected to be introduced in Europe initially, but it might be launched in other regions as well.
