LG G Watch leaks out in another live image

The LG G Watch has just leaked out in the flesh - one of the first Android Wear smartwatches, it’s expected to arrive at Google’s I/O next week (and attendees are even said to get it for free).

We’ve actually already seen leaks of LG's smartwatch, but this particular one shows the display very clearly and in a real-life surroundings (is it just us, or does it really seem a bit too much on the bluish side?). You can read the on-screen prompt for the user to install Android Wear on the connected phone, something that you could mean that Android Wear will come as an installable app on your smartphone or tablet, or that one would simply need to have an updated version supporting an Android Wear version.

The other things that you can notice is the charging/syncing port of the device on the left, and the rubberized band.

As for the specs of the LG G Watch, we've already seen them in leaks: it’s expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 400 chip, have a 1.65-inch display with a 280 x 280 resolution. In terms of size, the G Watch face is said to measure 37.9mm x 46.5mm and 10mm thick (1.49-inches x 1.83 x .39) and weigh 61 g (~2.15 oz). Finally, the battery on the G Watch should have a 400mAh capacity, and for about 36 hours on standby. With all this in mind, how do you like what you see?

One buys a watch for two reasons, one to watch time and other to have a cool accessory, now these smart watches are giving us third reason, but would you not consider something which looks cool? Or you think the design is nice? Anyway i am a geek and i won't buy this thing if i have a good choice of design over it.

Too much bezel. And the display does look very bluish, but that could just be the white balance of the photo...

Looks awful. The design looks like a cheap made in china watch you can find for under $10.

Definitely looks like a developer device. Might be much more affordable which would be good for getting more apps for the platform.

Oh....how cute, the super mini LG 3.

ugly as expected. So far Motorola seems to be the only one who knows how a smart WATCH should look like.

i'll buy a smartwatch when they can it make it as light and small as my casio AL180. it still makes me wonder why casio hasn't forayed into the android wear after decades of making semi-smart digital watches. I can't believe casio just gonna sit around and let these guys walk all over their territory.

because: the OS is 99% of the main thing of these smartwatch.. and Casio is still not smart.. :(

Not expected from LG, bring something cool like G3, atleast in terms of design, as watches are style statement and not for geeks.

You mean the thing the matters least? You can replace it man.

It's why Pebble Steel is still the king of smartwatches. I need a stylish yet functional smartwatch not a simplified Google Now interface on my wrist.
