HTC Trophy is yet again teased by Best Buy; no word yet on a release
Previously, we’ve seen the Verizon branded HTC Trophy up on Best Buy’s web site for a brief period before being put down, then we saw a dummy unit being shown off at a Best Buy store, but we’re still nowhere closer to knowing when Big Red’s first Windows Phone 7 smartphone will launch.

Being a permanent fixture now, the HTC Trophy is being teased yet again on the big box retailer’s web site since it’s one of the featured items on there. However, the handset is still not offered as an option under Best Buy’s Windows Phone 7 lineup. As much as we’d assume that there are some Verizon customers curious about the WP7 smartphone, there are plenty of new Verizon smartphones launched recently to keep people satisfied.

With so many new handsets saturating Big Red’s lineup of late, maybe they’re just holding off for now to give other handsets some time in the spotlight?
