Free Google Home Mini promo codes are now going out to early adopters of the Pixel 2/Pixel 2 XL

Last year, Google threw in a free Daydream View headset with every Pixel or Pixel XL purchase. This year, early adopters of the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL are getting free Google Home Minis! If you were quick to snag either of Google's 2017 flagships, check your email now, as the company has begun sending out promo codes to those eligible for the offer.

The Google Home Mini is a compact, puck-shaped home speaker powered by Google Assistant, that, despite its diminutive design, is capable of pretty much everything that its bigger brother, the Google Home proper, can do. Currently priced at $49, it's a killer deal, but if you jumped on the Pixel 2 train early, you're getting it for free anyway.

If you bought either the Pixel 2 or Pixel 2 XL within the promo period, check your inbox now. The email contains a link which will take you to the Google Store where you can chose the color of your Google Home Mini and choose a shipping address.
