Doov V1 certified in China; handset features unique flip camera
The Doov V1 is a handset that has just received certification in China from TENAA, the Chinese equivalent of the FCC. What makes this phone so unique is the 13MP flip camera that adorns the device. From the photographs released by TENAA, we can see that the camera pops out of its housing on back, and can be moved to a front-facing position in order to take "selfies".

The Doov V1 features a 5-inch IPS display, with resolution of 720 x 1280. A quad-core 1.5GHz processor is under the hood, with 2GB of RAM on board. Those who download tons of apps should note that this handset comes with 16GB of native storage, but has no microSD slot for expanded memory. Android 4.4.4 is pre-installed. The phone's dimensions are 148mm x 72mm x 8.5mm, and it weighs in at 144 grams.

While there is no information about when this device will be officially unveiled, it most likely won't be straying far from the Asian market. Despite that, you can still take a look at the Doov V1 thanks to the TENAA certification photographs, which you can see by clicking on the slideshow below.

Thanks for the tip!
