Does the image on a lock screen patent belong to the Samsung Galaxy Note 4?

An image on a German patent awarded to Samsung, could reveal the Samsung Galaxy Note 4's lock screen. Since the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is expected to be introduced early September at the IFA show in Berlin, the September 25th date shown on the image of the phone could be the actual launch date of the phablet, which will be the fourth iteration of the Galaxy Note line.

According to the patent, the phablet's user swipes his finger away from the center of the circle to unlock the phone. According to the source, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is expected to be rocking a 32 bit Snapdragon 805 CPU, or the 64 bit Exynos 5433 CPU. 3GB of RAM is on board along with 32GB of native storage. A 5.7 inch screen is expected, with resolution of 1440 x 2560. Back and front facing cameras weigh in at 16MP (sans OIS) or 12MP (with OIS) and 3.68MP respectively.
