Does the image on a lock screen patent belong to the Samsung Galaxy Note 4?

According to the patent, the phablet's user swipes his finger away from the center of the circle to unlock the phone. According to the source, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is expected to be rocking a 32 bit Snapdragon 805 CPU, or the 64 bit Exynos 5433 CPU. 3GB of RAM is on board along with 32GB of native storage. A 5.7 inch screen is expected, with resolution of 1440 x 2560. Back and front facing cameras weigh in at 16MP (sans OIS) or 12MP (with OIS) and 3.68MP respectively.
You can take a look at the patent and the image that came with it, by clicking on the slideshow below.
Thanks for the tip, Dominik Tanas!

Um, I probably will look stupid here, but isn't this kinda lockscreen what is used on GB/JB Samsung devices? Or in this lockscreen circle is like pernamently placed on screen and there's only one spot where to unlock phone... Ugh, I got messed up here.
