Deal: Unlocked Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ on sale for the lowest price to date

Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ are currently on sale on Amazon for $575 and $675, respectively. If you haven't yet bought any of the two flagships and just wait until the prices drop even lower, then your wish might have just come true.

Both smartphones are now on sale on eBay for lower prices than Amazon's, even if not by much. It's important to point out that we're talking about the US unlocked version of Samsung's top-of-the-line devices.

So, probably for a limited time, Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ are available on eBay for just $550 and $640, respectively. The unlocked handsets come with US warranty and 30 days money back or replacement.

On the downside, you can only choose the Midnight Black version of either of the two Galaxy S8 smartphones. Since they come unlocked and have been specifically built for the US market, they will work on any GSM and CDMA carrier in the country. The same goes for international orders and carriers.

Samsung probably not happy with S8 sales so far. I wonder what they're doing wrong.

A lot of people are most likely just waiting for the Note 8 to be released. Imo, the S7/S7 Edge were just place holders for most of them since the Note 7 had its recalls.

This sale has been going on for the last couple of weeks and you can get them at Best Buy for the same price. When it comes to eBay, I wouldn't take the risk just for a price that's a few dollars cheaper

I'll amend: "Yes. Samsung's phone OS stops every second, camera noise, curved screen, and has ugly and cheap hardware. Simply the worst ugly phone design not suitable for human use. Just relax." This is his attempt to be sarcastic I believe lol

1. There is absolutely no lag on the S8 2. The FPS is above par. No problems at all. 3. The curved screens are becoming more ubiquitous 4. What gimmicks? Because I don't see any. 5. Apparently, it's not overpriced.

@Lumbergh I've experienced no lag on my S8. I'm more of a power user and my overall experience was fluid. There wasn't even noticeable FPS stutter.

Just a beautiful, bad ass, features galore phone, with what reviews universally call "the best designed phone ever". I have no performance problems with mine, and better than my recently sold 7 Plus' battery life. It's the battery life, and smoothness, that I'm most impressed with. No Samsung device I've owned has been this smooth, and no phone I've yet owned, matches the overall battery life. The standby is just short of the 7 Plus (which is outstanding), and the usage time is clearly better than the 7 Plus. When you look at what the S8 Plus does, the screen size, and rez compared to what the iPhone 7 Plus does, it's screen size, and res, it's even more impressive. Apple trolls will troll, and rely on links, but I owned them both for a couple months, before selling the 7 Plus, and did tons of my own tests. I don't need links, I experienced them, and the S8 Plus is just hands down the better device. It's basically academic. The S8 looks better, has better battery life, way more features, way more functionality, is more fun to use out the box, has a much more futuristic looking design, feels better in hand, and I won't even begin to itemize features...that would be unfair to the iPhone (which is great in its own right). Let the flock's what they do. We'll S8, s8 Plus, and soon... Note's what we do.

-Buttery smooth -Very reliable, easy to get used to FPS -Beautiful curved screen, and a design that's raved about as the best ever -Gimmicky, but Apple copies the features -Priced right, for all the beauty, power, and features galore -We S8 fans know the real, and love our S8/Plus -You're just a jealous troll, with nothing better to do -Log off, and go get some cuddy -You typed ROFL, with a straight face

-Not buttery smooth or even close -Doesn't change fact it's a bad design -curved screen is bad -Samsung copies features too, doesn't make them not gimmicky -Priced terribly -You S8 fans are lame, as evidenced by you flexing in your gym photo -You're a lame troll, that can't properly refute points -Says the virgin -I just typed ROFL with a laugh, because you are the lamest person I've encountered on the internet

"Laggy" -debatable, and less true than ever before, but sure, I'll give you that one "Stupid FPS placement" -this one is a valid argument. No matter how much you get "used to it," there's no denying that the placement is not optimal. "Curved Screen" -personally, I think this is a plus! "Gimmicky" -again, very debatable. "Overpriced" -this is another that I have to agree with. My current daily driver is a Samsung, and while there is truth to the saying, you get what you pay for as it is a GREAT phone, that is only true to a point, then you start getting diminishing returns. I also have an Axon 7, which, while not as feature rich as the GS7 Edge, is half the price for 90% of the value. I don't like that Samsung is taking the Apple route, and while everyone else is selling cheaper, they are doing the opposite and charging more every generation, simply because they can. They won't stop as long as we keep buying it at no matter what price they charge. At over $1,000, the "value" becomes very debatable, especially when compared to the competition which is arguably just as good in many ways, but at $300 less, or even cheaper. Just something to think about. Personally, while I truly love Samsung, and am super excited for the Note 8 to drop, I don't think my next phone will be a Samsung phone simply due to the price vs. value debate compared to the competition.

The S8 was never gonna sell huge, just good. Samsung had to undo the damage, and come back from the Note 7 fiasco. They had to earn back customer/consumer trust, and they needed an issue free device. So far the S8 has been issue free, other than the normal software issues that pop up, and even those were small. No hardeware issues, to scare consumers, was a major plus. The Note 8 will sell well, but not huge, cause people will wait to see if there are any issues. It'll be the Note 9, and S9, that'll sell huge, as long as the 8 lines done have any model year issues. This years big seller, will be the iPhone 8, even with issues, it'll be the top selling line. The best phone of 2017, will be the Note 8, and watch out for the V30. Anyone who thought Samsung would just release the S8 to huge sales, is just plain stupid. The Apple trolls get to have their cake on this one, cause Samsung has damage control to do. Bring on my Note 8, 8-23-17 approaches.

Some issues faced with my S8 Exyonse 8895 - Not comfortable to hold especially when you play games (S8 plus better due to the larger screen). - Super Amoled plus on S8 and S8 plus really good, but reddish pinikish issue still appears even after update and more noticeable on S8 plus ( used both S8 and S8 plus). - Gaming performance a lot better than S7, but intensive higher graphics still not that good unless if you downloaded from Samsung store that optimized by Samsung for there phones. - When you use camera at night and try to shoot the street light it reflect the street light pole inside the screen ( camera view finder)! Htc u11 camera the same issue. Overall excellent phone.
