Deal: Samsung Gear 360 is on sale for just 70$ ($280 off) on Amazon

Even if you're not into 360-degree cameras, you might be interested in this deal that will get you Samsung's Gear 360 for less than $70. We're talking about the original Gear 360 camera, not the one that was launched by Samsung this year.

Still, considering the 360-degree camera initially sold for $350, you'll be saving no less than $280 if you buy from Amazon while the deal is live. Best Buy has the Samsung Gear 360 on sale as well, but customers must pay $210 to get one, which makes Amazon's deal even crazier.

Amazon is selling the US version of the camera, which comes with a warranty, so you don't have to worry about that. The only drawback would be the fact that your order won't arrive until January 2 with the New Year's Eve holiday and all that.

Samsung Gear 360 captures 3840 x 1920 videos and includes microSD card slot. It features IP53 certification for splash and dust resistance and comes with Gear 360 Manager app that's compatible with many Samsung Galaxy smartphones, including the S7, S7 edge, Note 5, S6 edge+, S6 and S6 edge.
