Deal: Save big on Apple's latest 9.7-inch iPad at Amazon and Walmart
Despite the fact that worldwide sales of tablets dropped considerably in the past few years, Apple's iPads continue to be very popular among consumers. If you're looking to buy one but can't afford to spend more than $300 on a mid-range iPad, at least one US retailer has you covered.

Amazon offers a 24% discount on the Wi-Fi only iPad 9.7-inch, a great deal that brings the slate's price well below the $300 mark. Make sure that you choose either the Silver or Gold versions since the Space Gray model is more expansive due to the lower 15% discount. Also, the prices are for the 32GB variant, but if you feel that you need more storage, the 128GB version is on sale as well.

If you plan to buy the 128GB Apple iPad 9.7-inch, Amazon and Walmart offer a $100 discount on the tablet. Once again, the Silver and Gold versions are the cheapest if you choose Amazon, but Walmart has the Space Gray model available for the same $330 price if you favor this specific color over the other two.

If you're quite new when it comes to Apple iPads or just want to know if this would a good purchase, you can always check out our in-depth iPad 9.7-inch (2018) review for more details.

Loving that price. So much storage for school, music editing, photo editing, games. Can't complain much.

I have a 32gb and now I'm feeling it. Just good enough for general use and photo editing which is then uploaded to the cloud. The minute I touched video it became a mess.
