Honestly, it’s nice and dandy whenever a new smartphone breaks cover and reels in a bunch of attention because of its lovable looks and specs. However, one of the biggest pit falls for any device is how long it’ll actually come to market – from the time it’s announced, to the moment it hits shelves.
Well, there’s no arguing that the
LG Prada 3.0 has a good combination of
chic looks and nice hardware under the hood – and to top it off, we already know it’s expected to
cost £500 ($777) in the UK whenever it lands. Now that pricing has been revealed to us, the only thing left to figure out is its launch date.
Fortunately,
Carphone Warehouse recently placed the Android 2.3 Gingerbread smartphone on its site showing an expected availability time frame of
February 2012 in the UK. Yes, we’re still in the year 2011, and considering that February is still a good time away, we’re curious to see if the handset will still garner some attention once CES rolls along.
Nevertheless, when it boasts one fashionable design that will no doubt stand out amongst the masses, we’re certain there are going to be people who would still prefer design over beefy hardware or the most up-to-date experience. Currently, customers can preregister to get updates regarding the handset.
