Everyone needs a moment to decompress. But all too often, our hectic schedules don't let us recognize moments where we should be sitting down and taking a deep breath. This is why peaceful little apps like Breathe+ exist. This iOS app provides a beautiful and simple visualization of your breathing and has features that make it suitable for daily relaxation, meditation, and breath training activities.

Breathe+ features guided sessions that range between 1 to 60 minutes, but if you aren't into guided relaxation, you can also take part in free-form sessions. A breath cycle counter measures how you inhale and exhale, with the more precise among you being able to specific inhale-exhale lengths and breath holds, setting them between 1 and 32 seconds. These settings can be changed during sessions, so you're able to set the app to your natural tempo.

With its beautiful visuals and simple tools, Breathe+ makes it easy to create personal breath cycle routines. Users report a calming and focusing effect from using the app when they have a moment to spare. Specifically, the dynamic visuals let users concentrate on their breath, helping them clear their minds.

Breathe+ is free, with an optional $1.99 in-app purchase available to remove the advertisements.

I can imagine this causing Hyperventilation. Are these government approved? Apple should be careful trying too hard to make things comfortable for a person. There is a limit and now they are entering undesired territory. Hope the sleeping ifans begin to wake up.
