Apple iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and Apple Watch Series 4 start shipping in the US
If you want to pre-order either of the two new iPhones or the Apple Watch Series 4, you'll have to wait at least one week for them to ship to your location. Apple says that the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and the new Watch Series 4 will ship in 1-2 weeks, and the same goes for most carriers in the United States.
However, some of those early pre-orders have already been shipped today, so many customers will receive their new iPhones as early as September 21. Obviously, that won't happen if you pre-order them today for the reasons we've mentioned above.
It's not something unusual for Apple to exhaust its first wave of iPhones almost every year, so it's not really a surprise that customers who place pre-orders now will have to wait at least one more week to actually receive them.
So, if you're among those who placed early pre-orders, you'll most likely receive your iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max or Apple Watch Series 4 on September 21, the same day all these devices should hit the stores.
