Apple issues big price cuts for 1TB iPad Pro models
After slashing iPhone XR and iPhone 8 prices yesterday and discounting the iPhone XS and XS Max at retail locations, it turns out Apple also had some iPad Pro pricing adjustments up its sleeves.

Spotted first by MacRumors, Apple has reduced the price of 1TB iPad Pro models by a considerable $200. As of right now, the 11-inch iPad Pro with 1TB of internal storage can be picked up for $1,349 rather than the original $1,549 launch price. The larger 12.9-inch iPad Pro model, on the other hand, now costs $1,549 with 1TB of storage rather than $1,749.

Apple has not modified pricing for the 64GB, 256GB, or 512GB versions of its premium tablet but the change now means an upgrade from 512GB to 1TB now costs $200 rather than $400. It’s unclear why the company has made the change but it could be an attempt to sell remaining stock before updated models arrive in late October.

Per the latest rumors, Apple is planning an iPad Pro refresh that’ll introduce some internal improvements alongside a triple-camera setup much like the one found on the new iPhone 11 Pro.
