AT&T to start accepting pre-orders for the Apple iPhone 6s and Apple iPhone 6s Plus this Saturday
AT&T has already announced that it will start accepting pre-orders for the Apple iPhone 6s and Apple iPhone 6s Plus this Saturday at 3:01am EDT. To reserve a new iPhone 6s or 6s Plus at that time, you will have to go to att.com/iphone. The phones will be in AT&T stores at 8am EDT on Friday, September 25th.
AT&T is also running a number of promotions in conjunction with the launch of the new iPhone models. New and existing DirecTV and U-Verse customers who purchase one of the new iPhones from AT&T, will receive a $500 credit per line. All others can receive a guaranteed $200 for trading in an older smartphone, and $100 for purchasing the new iPhone using AT&T Next.
Other deals offered by AT&T include a 20% savings on the Serena Williams Powerbeats2 Wireless headset when you purchase one of the new iPhone models, and those purchasing any iPhone from the carrier can buy an Apple iPad mini 2 for $99. You will need to sign a two-year pact for the 7.9-inch tablet.
If you are an AT&T customer just dying to reserve an iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus, set your alarm clock for just before 3am eastern time this Saturday morning, and hope for the best.
