Reserve your Samsung EPIC 4G at Radio Shack with a $50 gift card

Those of you who find the need to boast Sprint's superiority in terms of the US carrier models of the Samsung Galaxy S, need go no further than Radio Shack. The franchise has been offering the Samsung Captivate and the Samsung Vibrant for a while now, but, starting today, it is taking pre-orders for the Samsung EPIC 4G as well. A Radio Shack visit is also a convenient way to have a look at the two flashless models that have been out so far at one place, and check what that Super AMOLED screen is all about.

Radio Shack customers can reserve the WiMAX version of the Galaxy S, which adds LED flash and a slide-out keyboard to the original. It's not going to be free, though, you have to purchase a $50 gift card to ensure your place in Samsung's hall of fame, but the money will be applied to the purchase when the handset becomes available August 31st.
