Motorola DROID Mini appears in white, just in time for the holidays
The Motorola DROID Mini is going to be receiving the Android 4.4 KitKat update according to Motorola's own Support site. The Mini is equipped with a 4.3 inch LCD screen with a 720 x 1280 resolution. That works out to a pixel density of 342ppi. Under the hood is a dual-core 1.7GHz Motorola X8 system with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of native storage. The camera on back is the same 10MP snapper found on the Motorola Moto X with a 2MP front-facing shooter. A 2000mAh battery keeps the lights on and Android 4.2.2 is pre-installed.
So what do you guys make of the Motorola DROID Mini in white? Just don't drop in the snow or you'll never find it.

The Mini in white looking good. I dont know about the choice of the color white for the hardware buttons though It will make them hard to see

If the diference in time between the camera update for the Moto X and the Droid line is the same as the kitkat update then the Droids should start seeing it in another week and a half. Also it is not google you have to wait on the update for it is Motorola

I like it, it looks clean and it's better than the RAZR M in white IMO.

If only Motorola used a soft touch coating on the back of the device instead of making it glossy. Still a good phone with a nice bright display.
I wonder if Best Buy will do an Ice Blue rendition of the phone like they did with past models.

If only I had waited a bit longer to get mine. Oh well, I love the phone, it's a great buy if you're up for an upgrade.
