Lots of features. LCD is absolute junk. 3 months old and LCD went blank. NO WARRANTY !! Customer service is non-existent. Give this phone to someone you don't like.

It's pretty easy to find good features of a phone, but harder to find bad, so I'm only outlining the bad.

1. Side button can't be disabled effectively, and makes calls all by itself, when in your pocket. This is VERY BAD! The button is enabled/disabled by actually pressing the button. Go figure!

2. No sidetone. This is important for me. I keep wondering if the call is still connected, forcing many "are you still with me?" questions, and without sidetone, you don't know if you're speaking at the right volume. Like talking to someone next to you, with your ears blocked.
