the outbox not working, and not being able to use your own tones for messeges i think are not your phone having a problem but samsung "features" in general. mine is the same and so was my D900.

This is a pretty good phone, although mine did stop working after using it for only three days, aparently a software problem, but it still took 5 days to fix. It hasn't broken again, but another minor problem ive had with it is that the outbox has never worked, and i dotn know how to get it working. And my last problem, which is probably just me being ignorant, but im not sure how to use my own sounds for a message tone, i can only get to the 4 it comes with.   But other from that, this is a really good phone, oh apart from the headphones you need for the radio, their hideous. But every other feature on it has been really good, id definetly recomend it to anyone.

I have no problem with the phone as such but am very disappointed in the manual. The information is very limited.

There is only one ring tone in the phone and no information as to how to download any others.

For someone who is purchasing a mobile phone for the first time this is not the one for them.
