The LG5225 is a good size and visually attractive design, and "on paper" it meets the needs for a cell phone. However, in real life, it has two big weaknesses: 1) the display is hard to read in bright sunlight, and 2) the biggest weakness is its range. It may be OK for somebody who NEVER leaves "the city" but it's pretty poor once you're out in the country. Probably because of the small internal antenna, it fails to make connections in places where our other cell phone, which uses the same network, works fine.
i liked this phone very much, it is simple yet still is in this century, nice color and ringtones and text messaging, it exceeded the price i bought it at. i recommend this phone.
