This is the worst Cricket phone I have ever had! My last two phones were Kyrocera and they worked great! The second one I had for three years and I can't tell you how many times that phone went falling down my driveway, but this phone is a piece of crap! It shuts off when it wants to, if I try to use the scheduler it'll shut down, the piece on the bottom where you charge it and can put headphones in has an annoying flap, it types and opens programs really slow. It is more frustrating then anything! And now to top it off (I've only had this phone for nine months) it won't charge anymore! I've tried a bunch of different outlets and nothing! Horrible phone! Do not buy it!

I got the kx13 from revol us.In exchange for my old kyocera cuz it was braken Day by day and my mom had a kx13 and i liked it sence it looked better and seemed better then what i had already.So i traded my old one kx rave in for the kx13 and it was ok for a week. ignoring that the software does really go slow.I didnt mind but when it came to freezing,exspecially in the middle of a call.and on top of that,SHUTTING OFF.I had to find something better.CUz that like something happening and u have to call 911 and ur phone freezes in the middle of the 911 call.bs right!! most people have problems with drop calls mine was different.I Had good signal but not a good phone.Im looking for a new phone.A better phone suck motorola and nokia just so i take my number out this phone and burn it on a roasting open fire with my friends.

We just bought 2 of these and it is ok for a basic prepaid we do not tap out a lot. I like the speakerphone (loud) but the software is really, really slow and our biggest problem is the lithium batteries (850) that does not hold a charge longer than ONE DAY!!!! I kid you not, we are both forced to charge our phones every night, cause the phones are dead if you push it to a day and a half on a charge. Unbelievable that this crap is on the market when there are so many good phones out there. We will be moving on to other models shortly.

I used to have a Kyocera Energi and I loved it. Then I got this phone and the nightmare began!

The only thing good about this phone is the LED flashlight! This phone is very poorly designed. One of the biggest problems is the excruciatingly slow response of the software. It is ridiculous! The center keypad toggle has been sticky since I got it. The ringer/speaker volume control is in the wrong place. Did I mention the software is ridiculously slow? Oh yea and the software is super sllllooooowwwwwww. The battery life is so-so. The speaker is located so that you have to adjust the phone on your ear to hear. The last call list takes much more effort than necessary (mainly due to the incredibly slow software response). This phone is absolutely terrible. I hate it. It is truly amazing that Kyocera let this one get out of R&D let alone the market place. This phone should be recalled and its unfortunate users compensated somehow.

I didn't have any problems out of the signalling,but typing took so long. I'm currently looking for another phone. This is not worth giving to anyone.

this phone honestly makes me miserable. its slow, crappy, and it looks like a cheap shaver. the only good thing about this phone is that ive passed it as a cousin of the new razor phone by calling it a shaver.

I dont like this phone at all. its delayed. it loses singnal. and thats about it..

Have had a lot of cellphones. This is awful! It takes forever to have any action and my backlight goes off during a call in! I can't see who is calling! Setting is on 30 seconds and in call..goes off in 7 secs! I have the phone in my purse and I hear it ring, then I try to find it, there is no light, and the light goes off again when/if the caller leaves a message. What a disapointment! The phone case is very cheap and when I put it in my pocket, it crackles so loudly like my bones creaking! Cheap!!! Also, the center circle has a ridge on it and is very annoying. The stop call button is hard to find and the answer call is hard to find, too, especially since I have no backlighting!! I go to turn the light on and it answers calls I don't want to answer! A failure of a phone...I'm taking it back tomorrow and they better fix these problems! The battery will charge up one night and not another night...when turned off all night and plugged in! Makes no sense! Get this phone off of the market! And the battery plastic case gets in your way and doesn't fit back into the groove after the charging! Probably a lot more wrong with this piece of junk!

i have a kx13 dorado, i don't think it's very different from the cricket, but it works pretty good. i just didn't like that i couldn't find any phone covers and i didn't know how 2 take off the cover, but i found out how!! hhah

I received this new phone from cricket. There are many issues the main one is that the battery does not last any where near the manufacturer's claim. Talk time may be 30 minutes on a full charge. Even if the phone is not used the battery dies within 24 hours of a full charge.

I just just got this phone and I like it alot. I get good reception and everything. I just can't find any ringtones. I got a good deal on it too. It's was worth my money.

I loved this phone.Recently cells have been getting really expensive but this cheap.Awesome to.PERSONALLY THE BEST Kycorera phone I have.And trust me that is alot.

in my opinion i should have not bought this phone becuz its like a pay phone -- i have to walk outside any and everywhere just to use the phone! its terrible!
