DESIGN – I hated it’s looks at first, I guess it seem to be a bit girly or something plus my wife was the one that had it, but after a while, I realized how good and much better it was in comparison to other phones. It was nice and small and the first color screen phone we had.

FEATURES – I loved all the features it came with. In some ways, they made the phone very different and difficult at the same time, but after a short time, once I figure this phone out, I was glad to have it.

SOUND QUALITY – Sound quality was good as long as you were near good signal. No complaints at all.

RECEPTION – This part was carrier dependent, and while I had it, the phone seem to performed very well in that department. In some cases, it had better reception then other people with different phones under the same carrier in the same areas.

VALUE FOR MONEY – For a time when things were still very expensive, I hardly spend much on it, but that was because we did not get any additional accessories for it or else it would had been.

good phone. small, bluetooth, world capabilities, color screen, nice icons, picture identificaiton on calls. good! bought a chrome faceplate from ebay-- very nice.

phone broke as soon as it went out of the shop,speaker broke, face fell of anything that could have gone wrong with it did, carphone warehouse was no good as they did not help at all so finally replaced my phone
