Hot on the heels of the Galaxy S9/S9+ announcement, we got our first look at the official Samsung accessories that will be available for the two flagships at launch.

There's a bunch of protective cases available, of different varieties, such as ones with a kickstand built-in, flip cases, and, of course, everyone's favorite alcantara and hyperknit protective backs. One notable omission is the 2Piece type of cases that "graced" both the Galaxy S8 and Note 8 last year, but we're sure nobody's gonna miss those. There's also the new DeX, and the new wireless charges in both black and white.

Finally some cases with significant grip...customer had to wait 3 years for those.

I still don't like the Dex dock. All that so it could have a fan, which will do almost nothing through a case anyways. I already have a usb-C hub with HDMI out etc. why couldn't they just offer one of those and leave the phone flat on the table. It would have been more comfortable to use as a mouse that way, and the Dex would have been smaller. I still don't think this makes much sense.
