There are no awards for most original or inventive tablet manufacturers, but if such a trophy was ever given to one brand (especially in a market like the US), Lenovo would probably take it with ease.

This is a company that rarely aims to take on the likes of Samsung's Galaxy Tab S11 duo or Apple's iPad Pro family in terms of raw power, focusing instead on maintaining a diverse product portfolio filled with surprisingly affordable mid-rangers and unique devices featuring unusual selling points.

If you're looking for a more "conventional" tablet with a thinner design and longer software support, Apple's A16-powered iPad is marked down by a very cool $100 with built-in cellular connectivity.

Designed to withstand not just water immersion and dust but also extreme temperatures and even the occasional drop on steel and wooden surfaces, the ThinkTab X11 is a killer bargain at its first-ever discount in an entry-level 128GB storage variant. The user-removable 10,200mAh battery is another key selling point at $439.99, and the 90Hz refresh rate-capable screen with 2560 x 1600 pixel resolution is definitely no pushover either.

The ThinkTab X11, for instance, was released stateside a little over a month ago as the first of its name to carry a rugged design and run Android software. On top of that, the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3-powered 11-incher stands out from essentially all the best Android tablets around with a user-removable battery... that's pretty hefty to begin with.

Incredibly enough, the 10,200mAh cell, ultra-robust construction, and impressively fast processor (by mid-range standards, at least) didn't make the Lenovo ThinkTab X11 prohibitive for the masses, as its recommended US pricing started at an undeniably reasonable $499.99. And after just a few weeks of regional availability, that's even harder to beat, at $439.99.

Your 440 bucks will buy you a not-too-shabby 128 gigs of internal storage space in combination with a very respectable 8GB RAM count for an undoubtedly limited time only, but if you think you need more local digital hoarding room, you can opt for the 256/8GB variant at a reduced $519.99 price of its own from $579.99.

Obviously, $60 is not the greatest tablet discount in the world (or on Lenovo's official US website right now), but for such a new and interesting device, it makes for an extremely hard-to-turn-down deal.

Clearly designed with challenging work environments in mind ahead of everything else, the ThinkTab X11 also shines as far as data security is concerned in addition to durability, but its screen quality and speaker power are not bad either, so you can use this thing for on-the-go entertainment as well.

The best of... all worlds? Maybe not, but you're definitely looking at a very competent all-purpose tablet that eclipses the vast majority of its "mainstream" rivals at a couple of very important things for a decent number of prospective buyers.
