Video improvements and more found on the update to version 5.0 of Duo
Google's video calling and chat app Duo has been updated to version 5.0. According to the changelist, the update includes "major video quality improvements," which seems to be important for an app that handles video communications between different users. Justin Uberti, the technical leader on the Duo team, disseminated a tweet last night that includes four items on the changelist.
Uberti also posted a graph showing an uptrend of some sort. Neither the x or y axis was labeled, so we can only guess that the graph is supposed to show the rising number of Duo users happy with the improved quality of the video on the app.
