UPDATED: The Palm Pre sets foot in Europe on 13 October, it´s price is already known
The rumors that O2 is about to start selling the GSM version of the Palm Pre across Europe have now been confirmed and you can finally enter the relevant dates into your calendar so as to know when to set out for the nearest carrier shop. The relevant dates are 13 October (Germany) and 16 October (UK and Ireland). You will be able to get yourself the first webOS handset for free if you go for a two-year agreement available at a monthly rate of £34.26 in the UK.
