Twitter for Android upgraded to version 1.04

The newest build of Twitter for Android, Version 1.04, is ready for you to download in the Android Market. The new version removes the bird and cloud animation from the main screen. Both are replaced by menu selection buttons. Other changes allow you to take a look at trends, and search Twitter from the main screen. The result is a cleaner, less busy look for the app.

There might be some bug fixes and repairs underneath the UI changes, but we will have to wait to get the official word from Twitter. In the meantime, head on over to the sourcelink and scan the QR code to download the new version. Or, you can simply head to the Android Market to upgrade your Twitter app. And if you notice any thing different from the previous build that we didn't mention, don't hesitate to leave a comment in the box below.
