This creme-de-la-creme app is free to download from the Google Play store, although an optional paid subscription is available too. However, its makers acknowledge that anything short of the latest 64-bit octa-core processor and at least 3GB of LPDDR4 RAM might not be sufficient to provide an optimal viewing experience, due to the heavy processing involved in streaming ultra high-resolution paint drying.
