T-Mobile says its Galaxy Note 8 will start shipping soon (to those who've pre-ordered)

Just like all other relevant US carriers, T-Mobile is accepting pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 since last week, and will properly release it on September 15. However, folks who've already pre-ordered the phone might receive it earlier than that.

T-Mobile is currently sending messages informing pre-order customers that their "order is being packed and will begin shipping soon" - most likely, this means they'll get the handset well before September 15. It wouldn't be the first time when T-Mobile ships a new phone before its official release date (though other carriers have done this, too).

T-Mobile is selling the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 for $210 upfront plus $30 per month for 24 months, or $930 outright. Needless to say, this is Samsung's most expensive Galaxy Note smartphone to date, but, at the same time, it's probably also the greatest Note to date. Stay tuned for our review of it!

At&Tis shipping as early as the 5th. My wife order her phome as she is moving off Mobile. I plan to as well but not sure if i want to.deal with big blue. She said her ship date showed the 5th, but with a note saying it's subject to change. To always shops early and I like them for it.

I hope Hurricane Harvey's aftermath doesn't affect that date. Mine says the 5th as well.

TMO is a rip off just like Verizon...people think they are great deal by putting down $210 and still have $30/mo DPP for 24 months. That's not a deal at all! Their single plans for unlimited are $70. So $210 down = $70/mo + $30 for DPP + $10 JUMP + taxes = expensive! What a rip off!

but with JUMP ppl only pay for 6-12months

I'm paying 132 for 3 unlimited lines and the note JOD. Doubt there is anything much better than that

I really like JOD but not sure next year it will be worth it when they start to require a down payment on top of the new support upgrade charge they now charge. Still seems a bit better then the regular Jump plan since you don't pay monthly to have it but thinking next year will be better off buying phones and selling them when I want to switch. Have to see what happens next year.

Samsung sets the price on the phone not T-Mobile. The phone is $930 which is $210down +30*24months. All providers rip you off for single line plans... Your best bet for single line is to get something like Comcast that is $45 for unlimited on a single line and uses Verizon's network. I really like T-mobile but they aren't the great deal they were just last year. I still think the old simple choice plans were a better deal. Jump on Demand is also not a great deal like it used to be. Used to get the phone no money down. Starting next year they will require a down payment and now they charge a support upgrade charge of $20 when you switch phones.

Logged into my UPS account and found a tracking number for a package from T-Mobile listed for my address. This is happening for reals now. They just have to get the package to UPS to get the ball rolling. UPS 3-Day Select!
